Whether you need to see a therapist for mental or physical health, there is a specialist on hand to guide you. Cloud Twelve was conceived as a third space between work and home. A place that brings friends and families together to relax, unwind and improve their overall wellness.
As well as an impressive line-up of medical professionals, Cloud Twelve can be enjoyed for recreational purposes. There’s the Kids Club for younger members of the family, a bistro offering a range of plant based food, hair salon and Thermal Suite. That’s before you reach the treatment rooms or head to the upper floor of the building where the medical professionals can be found.
The deceptively subtle entrance to Cloud Twelve belies it’s Tardis like size inside. The interior has been designed following a Feng Shui philosophy to ensure a free flow of harmonious energy throughout. You notice a sense of calm as you enter the building, it’s relaxing and unpretentious but very luxurious and extremely pleasing to the eye.
I was invited to experience a Sublime Skin Pro-Lift Facial at Cloud Twelve and when my booking was made it was suggested that I might like to arrive a little earlier to experience the Thermal Suite. I am so glad I did. Because between the elegant changing rooms, with beautiful hand carved lockers and stunning modern chandeliers, there’s a sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt room and relaxation area.
After unwinding in the steam room and inhaling soothing Himalayan salt, I reclined listening to relaxing music while I waited for my therapist Dorota to arrive.
True to its name, the Sublime Skin Pro-Lift Facial was sublime. Using products from [comfort zone] a professional Italian skincare brand, Dorota cleansed my face thoroughly before applying a light glycolic peel. This gently dissolved any dead skin cells and stimulated my skin to produce new ones. The peel was soothing, and I didn’t feel any discomfort. It helped to reduce some of the light pigmentation marks on my cheek and left my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth.
After the peel was removed, Dorota applied eye pads and a cooling mask and gave me an amazing hand and arm massage. She did have to remind me to relax. I was blissfully unaware that even my arms were tense. A sure sign that I need to switch off and have this type of treatment more often.
When the mask was gently lifted from my skin, Dorota removed every trace and began to massage my face using a Gua Sha and facial oil. As the Gua Sha slipped effortlessly over my skin I relaxed completely and felt the therapeutic effects of this ancient ritual. After a tension releasing head massage, Dorota applied eye cream, lip balm and a protective later of SPF. Unlike so many facial treatments, I didn’t feel cheated for time. I then enjoyed a delicious cup of tea while reclining in the relaxation area before heading home, recharged and renewed.
After the most enjoyable 90 minute treatment, that you really must experience to fully appreciate, my skin was glowing. The lifting effect was noticeable, and my skin looked clear and even toned. Best of all, my skin looked even better the following day.

If you are looking for highly effective skin solutions and want a little time out for yourself, I can highly recommend Cloud Twelve. The environment is blissful, the décor beautiful and the staff attentive and kind. You leave feeling like maybe you have time travelled a little, as you certainly look better and well rested.
