I have recently become vegan and I am struggling with tiredness what do you recommend?

Sometimes tiredness is linked with nutritional changes. It is possible to get all the nutrients you need from a wholefood vegetarian diet, but not from a vegan diet which cuts out eggs and dairy foods as well as meats and fish.

To safeguard your intake of certain vitamins such as D and B12, minerals such as iron and zinc, and the long-chain omega-3s (EPA and DHA) it is a good idea to take certain supplements.
