I am too anxious to sleep can CBD help?

CBD (cannabidiol) is now one of the most popular supplements for reducing anxiety. It interacts with your body’s own endocannabinoid system to damp down over-active thoughts, promote relaxation and reduce stress, anxiety and restlessness.
