Exercise takes time and commitment and sadly there’s no short cut, but I have been testing a gadget that will help to get your arms in shape in only 5 minutes each day.
Last year I was invited to the launch of The Store, a new shopping channel selling a variety of products. While I was there the PR executive mentioned that I ‘must’ meet Forbes Riley. At this point I had never heard of Forbes or her product Spin Gym. When the most gorgeous woman appeared in a stunning pink dress with a body to die for I immediately wanted to know how she got it!
Forbes Riley is the woman behind the Spin Gym, a neat gadget that consists of two metal rings attached to a cord with another solid disc in the middle. The idea is that you wind up the Spin Gym and work your arms while keeping the disc spinning. Before you think oh that’s easy I can do that, yes of course you can, children have a similar toy, except this little gadget can create up to 20lbs of resistance.
Keeping the Spin Gym going for 5 minutes while working your arms, upper body and waist isn’t quite as easy as it looks. But boy does it work! You can use the Spin Gym practically anywhere, at home, in the office, while travelling; you can even use it sitting down. It neatly packs into a small neoprene case and comes with instruction DVD’s and spare cord.
Forbes Riley is 53, she is Mom to beautiful twins and has the most fantastic business in the States, she looks stunning and I’m not foolish enough to believe it’s all down to the Spin Gym. Forbes eats well and works hard for her slim, toned body, but one thing I do know from experience is that you can have beautifully toned arms in just five minutes a day using the Spin Gym. Set the stopwatch on your smartphone and commit to 5 minutes each day and see the difference in less than a fortnight.
