The experts will be on hand to give you any guidance you need, and you’ll be able to keep a record of your achievements in the online journal.
It’s a 12 week programme of daily exercise tasks and you decide when to fit them into your daily routine. The daily tasks start at around 3-10 minutes per day and increase gradually each week until at the end of the 12 week programme, when you can complete a 45 minute workout. By then, you’ll be confident to exercise 5 times a week.
The programme is motivating, simple and progresses over the weeks. Each week has a theme chosen to help you build your exercise routine. You can track your personal exercise goals and achievements in your online Activate You Journal.
