Finding the right aesthetic practitioner is essential – we find out how

In 2017 the annual global spend on aesthetic treatments is estimated to be 20 billion dollars and due to rise to 27 billion dollars by 2019.  Men and women are looking for ways in which to look their best, especially when getting older.  The range and scope of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments is vast and knowing where to start can be daunting.

I invited consultant physician and aesthetic medicine specialist, Dr Ravi Jain to explain how we need to go about finding the right practitioner to carry out our treatments.

Dr Jain specialises in aesthetic medicine for the face and body, he is the founder of Riverbanks Wellness, an award winning clinic which has been voted Best Clinic in the UK on several occasions.  Graduating from The Royal London Hospital Medical Collage, Dr Jain trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at some of the finest London teaching hospitals.  He then progressed to General Practice where he developed an interest in aesthetics.

Riverbanks Wellness treat each patient as an individual enhancing their natural beauty and addressing concerns such as acne scarring and pigmentation, to sagging skin, stubborn fat and loss of volume in the face.  Alongside aesthetic solutions is a wellbeing division that embodies a holistic approach, addressing hormone imbalance and vitamin deficiencies.
