It’s embarrassing, to say the least – but flatulence is one of the top three tummy troubles afflicting Fighting Fifty readers, according to our research. And, as most of us have discovered to our chagrin, it’s a problem that becomes harder to avoid with all the fun, fizz and festive foods time of year. Add seasonal stress to the mix and you could also suffer with acid reflux, painful heartburn, along with typical IBS symptoms such as bloating, cramping, constipation and tummy upsets.
We invited readers to try the natural remedy silicol®gel for a range of gastrointestinal symptoms and, at the end of their 10-day trial, 61% and 55% reported relief from reflux and heartburn respectively, while 50% said the remedy solved their flatulence.
