Trying to incorporate exercise into a busy working day isn’t easy.  How about a run after work instead of getting onto a packed tube or bus?

Join the Fitness First Home Run guided commutes and they will take the hassle, the frustration and most importantly the bags out of your journey.  Whether you are a fast, slow, social runner, beginner or marathoner – Fitness First Home Run lets you run your commute your way

Currently there are four guided routes designed to get you home as swiftly and scenically as possible.  Sign up to buy a season for £15, book your run and hand over your bags for a burden free journey above ground.  Run from 4 miles to 6 miles at a comfortable pace, leave the tube behind and avoid the commuter crush while staying fit.  Each route runs twice a week and, by purchasing a season, you can book yourself onto both runs.  All runs are free for Fitness First members and you will be given a Fitness First Home Run T shirt, wristband and bag tag on your first run.
